1. Services

KeySafe Locksmiths ("we", "us") provides residential, automotive, and commercial locksmith services, including lockout assistance, lock rekeying, lock installation and repair, key cutting and programming, and smart lock installation. All services are subject to locksmith availability and service-area coverage. Arrival times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and demand.

2. Identity & Ownership Verification

For your protection and ours, we verify identity and proof of ownership or residency (such as photo ID, vehicle registration, or a utility bill) before opening any property or vehicle, cutting keys, or rekeying locks. We reserve the right to refuse service if satisfactory verification cannot be provided.

3. Estimates & Pricing

A price estimate is provided over the phone based on the information given, and the final price is confirmed and approved by the customer on site before work begins. Prices may vary based on lock type, vehicle make and model, key or fob programming requirements, and time of service. Any changes will be approved by the customer before proceeding.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship on installed and rekeyed locks is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of service. Locks, keys, fobs, and hardware are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by forced entry attempts, misuse, weather exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

5. Lockout Services

We use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible. In rare cases involving high-security or damaged locks, drilling or lock replacement may be the only option; this will always be explained and approved by the customer before proceeding.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. If a locksmith is dispatched and the job is cancelled on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from prior break-ins, lost property, loss of use, or lost income.

8. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to verify ownership and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, address, and ID details where required). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
